Enfield Care Network
Enfield Care Network or ECN, was established in July 2019 following the publication of the Long Term Plan and the new GP contract. It comprises 7 member GP practices in the London Borough of Enfield, with a growing registered list of patients that numbers in excess of 75,000.
ECN is led by a group of experienced local clinicians. The organisation covers both East and West Enfield.

Enfield Care Network aims to support the delivery of high quality primary and community care that is equitably and consistently accessible to patients.
OBJECTIVES
- To support and improve the consistency of the primary care services to patients.
- To support practices with all aspects of service delivery
- To help deliver an improvement in the health outcomes for patients
- To act with integrity and confidentiality
- To promote safe, caring and effective services
- To facilitate patient centred services through shared decision making and communication
- To maintain and strengthen our motivated and skilled workforce
- To ensure effective and robust information governance systems
- To support the integration, stability and effectiveness of Primary Care, and the sustainability of the local health services
GOVERNANCE
Enfield Care Network has an integrated approach to governance which combines corporate, financial and clinical accountability and enables equality of input from clinical and non-clinical sources for the purpose of delivering high standards of care for the benefit of our patients.
