Workforce recruitment and retention continues to be a challenge for all NHS organisations. Here at Enfield Care Network PCN, we value our team and want to ensure they have a pathway for professional development. Our PCN lead nurse has commenced a project to upskill the Healthcare Assistant workforce within our practices. This will not only support professional development for our HCAs, but it will also allow them to take on some of the work that is currently being done by our Practice Nurses.
