Enfield Care Network is constantly exploring new innovative ways for our patients to engage with our services and one constant focus is how we can utilise technology.
Some of our PCN practices were already using a website platform called Footfall, which allows patients to submit requests or queries via their practice website, and now the rest of our PCN practices have decided to migrate to this solution too. Footfall reduces practices workload but also enables patients to contact the practice at their convenience without needing to telephone the surgery for non-urgent matters.
We expect the remaining practices to migrate over to the Footfall platform over the next few weeks and months.
